Every consumer purchase of a Timeshare has Five(5) Business Days to cancel their contract and receive full reimbursement. This law has been written in the Federal Consumer Protection Laws of Mexico under Article 56There are widespread reports that still to this day not every timeshare resort in Mexico follows the cancelation standard of Five days in their written contract.
