A. It is important to say that not every case will receive a refund of their deposit upon the cancellation of their contract. An M.T.A. agent will inform you of our analysis after hearing the case points, but the cancellation itself takes between 15 to 90 days, if case is accepted by M.T.A.

A. A. That will depend on what was signed on day of sale. After consultation M.T.A will inform you of our assessment . Q. Can I be forced to pay the trade in value written on my signed document if I do not choose to continue with trade in process?
A. As per the wording of most signed trade-in forms the seller(the one trading in the t/s agreement) can be forced to pay monetary damages if the trade-in company deems the seller is not cooperating with the trade-in process. These cases most arise when a high demand timeshare property is involved and/or the client is wishing to cancel. As per the signed agreement, trade-in company does have the right to take matter to court, generally in the district of where the timeshare contract was purchased. If this occurs or has occurred to you we feel that it is important to seek assistance as soon as possible.
Q. Can I lose my already paid for traded in timeshare if I cancel my contract with the resort company?
A. If you have requested cancellation within the allotted timeframe then all documents created and signed during day of sale should be null and void. Unfortunately, due to deceptive tactics we have numerous cases where clients have been told that the traded-in property has been signed away and is gone! If this occurs to you it is pertinent to know what documents need to be signed and in your possession in order to safeguard your sole-ownership interest. If the allotted cancellation period has passed, as per the wording of the signed trade-in agreement form, financial penalties can and may arise by obstructing the transfer of the already-paid-for property to the transfer company. M.T.A. cannot stress enough the need to act fast if presented with a similar scenario.
Q. What can I expect from the Maximize Value service?
A.
